About Us

Home

Hello and welcome to the website of Mansfield and District Male Voice Choir.

In the Mansfield area our choir has a long an illustrious history. Formed in 1926 and singing with pride and energy over nearly 90 years imbues our choristers and music team with a sense of responsibility to continue this long heritage.

We are pleased that the choir continues to provide entertainment and comradeship to all those involved, not only our choir but followers and supporters group.

Our website in common with many others such sites provides information on the choir history, how to join, repertoire, events and other points of interest. What it cannot convey is the enthusiasm and pleasure experienced when you get involved.

Please, enjoy your time on our website, check out the calendar page for up and coming events and then – come and see us at either a concert or rehearsal or both, you will be sure of a warm welcome.

Get a feel for one of our concerts by viewing a selection of images on the “Gallery” pages of the site. You will see that our concerts are very varied in style!

We have a Facebook member’s group – see the social buttons at the bottom of the page. You will need a Facebook account to ask to join the Group. Come and  share in what we are up to and give us some feedback!.
