Musical Director: Meryl Chambers. Accompanist: Margaret Ball. This date marked the 18th occasion on which Meryl had directed the Choir at the Festival of Remembrance concert.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
It was a privilege, once again, to sing with pride and gratitude and in remembrance of all those who gave up their lives in the cause of freedom and did not come home.
